- Unforutnatly this is rather normal for the many lower-quality 28.8
- modems, although it really shouldn't be.. Anyway, a bit mroe information
- would help, like what type of modem do you have and what type of modem
- does your provider have? Also, if possible, try to figure out WHY the
- modem is disconnected. Most modems have a command that will tell you
- this, check your manual to find out what it is..
